The Polished Pooch Mission Statement: Our goal is to provide a stress-free at-home grooming experience. Your pet's appointment is hands-on and prompt.

Check anal glands and express them, if needed

Hand dry your pet at their comfort level and advise you of any skin conditions

Full haircut to your liking (breed specific, puppy cut, mohawk, shave down, etc)
Dog Pricing
Grooming prices are based on many factors including size,
temperament, coat condition and grooming style. If your pet is not on a regular 4-8 week grooming schedule or otherwise has conditions that extend the expected grooming time, your grooming fee will be higher than the base price listed. If your pet is not seen in at least 10 weeks, you will be subjected to a $25 upcharge.

All-Inclusive Bathing
Our bathing service includes all of the same care as we offer for grooming including trimming with the exception of full haircut.

For the safety of our fur babies, please stay in the check-in area
Cancellations:
The Polished Pooch understands that schedules change and therefore we ask if any
cancellations or rescheduling needing to be made at our establishment are
completed 24 hours prior to appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours
from your appointment time will be charged 50% of scheduled service.
Confirmation:
We send out confirmation texts 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. We
please ask that you reply with a ‘C’ to confirm. If we are unable to reach you one
business day before your scheduled appointment it will be considered unconfirmed
and your appointment(s) will be canceled.
Late:
Please note that if you are over 30 minutes late for your appointment, we
may have to reschedule or offer our Bath and Tidy service if your original
scheduled service cannot be completed in the remaining time frame.
If we are able to offer our Bath and Tidy service in lieu of scheduled Full Groom
service, the price will be 100% of original scheduled service.
No-Shows:
Any no-shows on the day of your appointment will be charged 100% of scheduled
service. Rescheduling after No-shows will be for our next available day with a
50% down payment.
Check out:
We offer a 1-hour grace period from the time we contact for pick up to check out.
A $20 daycare fee will be added for each hour after that they are here. Please give
a 24 hour notice for late pick up to avoid daycare fees.
Express:
Depending on your scheduled service, our appointments are 3-4 hours long. With
proper notice and scheduling, we offer a 2 1/2 hour express service with a $20
additional fee. An additional $20 will be added for every half hour less than stated
express time.
